This site includes Integra’s Code of Conduct, which outlines the standards and expectations that guide how we work.

To report a concern anonymously, select the Report a Concern button to be directed to a secure, third‑party reporting system where concerns may be submitted through a web portal or by phone, where permitted by law.

Concerns may also be submitted by email at ethics@integra.com. Please note that Email submissions are not anonymous.

All reports are taken seriously, reviewed promptly, and handled in accordance with applicable laws and Company policies. Integra does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
